The hood really is quite interesting with the warm copper tone and the plaster - the backsplash is interesting too, but we’d want something solid like the countertop materials behind the stove. the blacktop island is great, but may be a dirt magnet

Concrete and metal combo on the hood is interesting especially for a room with high ceiling

Overall interesting style - like the hanging shelves and the simple style of the cabinets. Wood island is quite cool too and we have liked that in other kitchens

I think this is another pic of the same kitchen - the green island is pretty interesting - modern ‘rustic’ beams, grey and white, a lot to like about this.

Not bad - this had always been one of our reference kitchens before our redo. here the island countertop is a big feature adding some dark color

We always liked the charcoal wall idea, but may need to find a smaller spot - how about the wall surrounding the butlers pantry door - seriously
