Family room- quite like this option with to over gas fire. Concrete look could tie into island bench and cabinetry similar to kitchen.

Butlers pantry - not much in this photo, just a placeholder. Similar cabinet style to laundry. Built-in microwave - small. Thinking of second f dishwasher if space. Butlers - microwave - small, built in. - 2nd dishwasher if possible - sink - wine fridge - full size already owned (currently in garage) - pantry with big drawers thinking this in the entrance to butlers where you currently have second fridge. Put wine fridge at other end of butlers. - we will want to have coffee machine, toaster & kettle in this space, but want to have ample bench space and some open shelving

Outdoor kitchen - Nothing on styling, but would want outdoor kitchen to include room for a built-in gas bbq connected to mains and a kamado with storage for charcoal and other bbq paraphernalia. Could tie in benchtop with kitchen and cabinetry with wood slats from island.

Kitchen - Like the kitchen cabinetry here & the height. General kitchen comments: Drawers everywhere, no cupboards if we can avoid, except at top. Lighting under top cupboards over bench tops in kitchen & butlers. Possibly small amount of open shelving for cookbooks, nice bowls to display. Tons of storage we have a lot of kitchen items we use. Thinking splash back should be one big piece of marble like tile rather than individual tiles, if not too expensive. Island bench - seating on one side, want a clear bench no sink etc.., multiple electrical points. Big drawers for storage. Feature lights overhead. Kitchen Appliances - big double fridge - Integrated dishwasher near sink - induction stove? Not 100% sure on this yet - range - two wall ovens - double sink if fits or 1.5 size - thinking stove on right side of kitchen near butlers - sink on left side near laundry with dishwasher close by

Kitchen island- Like the wood slat feature under the island. Think we could tie this in with the sliding doors to butlers and laundry somehow - maybe.

Laundry- Nothing on styling here, but quite like this as a template for laundry layout. Just with the sink on the left of the bench away from the hanging section.

Study - barn door example we like

Laundry- washer/ dryer side by side. Tall storage for : ironing board, iron, stick vacuum (will need power to charge), broom etc…. Will need storage for beach towels, cleaning products, first aid. Good size sink. Shirt rail to hang wet business shirts. Storage for laundry baskets (clean & dirty). Like the cabinetry and the colour and black tapware/handles. Same style but slight contrast to the kitchen. Same for butlers pantry. Like the natural wood feature, eg towel rail or a shelf. Would also like some towel hooks on the opposite wall for pool towels. For tiles like the white subway tiles. Door at end needs a lockable dog flap.

Study- Like something similar to this in the study at the front door end. Double desk. Would look to put a small sofa and tv for kids at the other end of that room. Do you think there is a enough space? Like the simple shaker cabinet. Ties in with kitchen, etc. Barn door at entry. White or natural wood, still thinking on that.

En-suite- mirror storage to ceiling. Cabinetry - like wood, but with big drawers. Similar tap ware to downstairs bathroom. Thinking maybe marble-like tile and benchtop as in photo, with feature wall In shower and floor tiling different to photo. Gives some similarities to downstairs, but at a slightly higher finish. Full length Shower recess for shampoo/shower gel. Toilet built into wall. Heated towel rail. Double sink

Downstairs bathroom- Love this as a model for the downstairs bathroom. Like the bath. Mirrors with cabinet storage to ceiling is an essential. Like the aged brass tapware. Also like the vanity unit but with big drawers. Shower recess is an essential. Also quite like the cabinet top with concrete-like look. Need to think about tile choice. We quite like the white subways. May need to think further on the feature wall and flooring. Other photos of this project also available for more detail. Happy with simple Window frame. Would like toilet built into wall. Heated towel rail
