I like the light fixture, the color scheme, the simple looking cabinetry. Do not like the mirror (too boxy, prefer arched), or the glass knobs. like the metal finish of the faucet but it is set too low.

I like the arch reminds me of living in New Mexico and traveling in Spain and Portugal (we went one year for our anniversary) . beautiful way to mark the transition from foyer to living space

I like the lamps over the kitchen island and that the island has a sink (I would also want an additional sink along the wall)

I like the vanity area in the bathroom - easier than having a free standing vanity in the bedroom (less cluttered bedroom) but would be better if it can fit in closet. (Less steam)
love the natural light above the tub and the free standing tub. Also how the tub is in it's own alcove and has the faucet in the center
dog wash station! We may get a Bernese - so it would need to be able to fit a Big Boy.
front load machines, area for folding, area for hanging, cabinets, sinks. needs built in ironing board. would also want to include broom closet
I like how the fireplace in encased in a wide portion wall that comes out of the rest of. the wall (vs flush with the wall)
love the tile detail - the pattern and the color, mirror and faucet. perfect for half. bath

love the wood burning fireplace in the outdoor screened in area with the vaulted ceiling and the contract with the white. I would only increase. the size of the windows above the firewood

Love the colors, the light, the tile, the sense of speciousness and the way that the bench in the shower is very broad
I like the cabinetry with the matte black/oak (?) brushed gold and smoky quartz countertop. and the overall color palette. I like the black sink. I like the flush flat front style of the cabinetry and the sink that is facing a window. do not need slab backsplash. neutral vertical tile is good.
