I like the wooden island with the white cabinet and wall combination. Makes the island kinda a centerpiece.

Island with pillars - it can be done... That tall cupboard needs to go, it's nasty inside.

I like the lower bar/seating area - adds seating without taking up more floor space.

I like that room divider, I don't think I want one, but I like it. And the book cases to match the floor - almos makes up for the missing T&G panneling...
