“David was nothing short of amazing! Not only was he excited and enthusiastic about our project, he was more than willing to work with our budget and our ideas. He listened to our brief and incorporated everything into the overall design. He had some fantastic ideas and was able create our dream home. He took the time to talk us through every step of the process and made sure we understood each phase. We always knew what to expect and it was so easy to communicate and work together to achieve the results we were hoping for. “Susanne Doise has worked for us as a designer and project manager, introducing contemporary ideas and good space solutions always with her touch of European flavor . We enlarged and modified the interior and exterior of the second floor of a 50 year old house into an open space concept mostly in the dining, sitting and kitchen area as well as the Master Bedroom quarters. Overall good work, within budget and complete understanding of our needs and lifestyle.”

“Our waterfront, island property in Howe Sound was our favourite refuge from the city for 8 years before we finally decided to build a cabin. James won us over immediately with his relaxed, attentive approach, and his excellent understanding of what is truly important to people who value their natural environments. Seven years later, we are finally building this home, and it's stunning. I can't thank James enough for giving us this beautiful space that we could never have imagined on our own. (We are currently under construction, so photos represent a work in progress)”

“Howard and Ana of Sandrin Leung Architecture were a joy to work with. They are young and dynamic, full of good ideas and always listened to our desires. They 'got' us right away so the plans reflected our needs and taste. They took the time to visit us in our old home before we started so they could get a feel of our tastes and talked about what we wanted in our new home. Every time we wanted a tweak here or there they responded speedily and with confidence. Their knowledge of code, solar dynamics, and space helped us build our dream home. The space they designed flows so well that the home is a pleasure to live in. I would highly recommend Sandrin Leung Architecture.”
