“I recently had the opportunity to work with Kevin on the transformation / renovation a 1985 built home - into a new contemporary dream home. It was a very challenging project! There was multiple new rooflines added, 3 new decks, a new front entrance, a cantilevered floor section, and a complete exterior alteration. The original home is unrecognizable. Kevin came highly recommended, and he's been an integral part of this project. Kevin was able to easily navigate through various ideas, and found very clever ways of adding all these onto the final plans. Impressive is his professionalism and quality workmanship. It's been a pleasure working with him and bringing these ideas into reality. Thanks again Kevin!”

“Shannon performed all architectural design and drawings for our new home. She provided great advice and gave us lots of ideas. Her suggestions were all very useful and we loved the fact that they were very practical but did not compensate on the design in anyway. We (the client) changed our minds on quite a few things over the months of the drawings and Shannon was very patient and met all of our needs. Shannon also provided us with a 3D model which was extremely helpful to see what each room would look like as well as the elevations on the exterior. In summary, Shannon is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and so easy to work with. We are very pleased with our new home and so grateful to have Shannon's expertise.”

“We hired Darrin at Dwell Design Studio to design our custom home. He was very good at converting our ideas into the actual house plan. Not only that but he was able to work with the topography of the lot to take full advantage of natural light, lake and valley views, and still maintain a desirable aesthetic. Even after the design was complete Darrin helped us with decisions on exterior materials and colours, light fixture styles, and various other elements to ensure the design was unified. We would highly recommend Darrin and Dwell Design Studio for any building project.”

“I have worked with Crystal on a few projects now ranging from simple deck additions to complete custom-designed homes. She has an excellent knowledge of not only how people use a space, but how the project needs to be constructed. (a skill I often find lacking from other drafting companies) I am always amazed how she can take my crude line drawings (often on a napkin or other scrap paper) and come up with a highly detailed set of drawings ready for construction. I would highly recommend crystalline design and drafting for your next project.”

“Becoming involved late in a project, we had an opportunity to redesign 6 similar units in the Sole on St. Paul project in Kelowna. As MQN was already lead architect on the project, our goal was to customize and upgrade the existing units to a higher level of design, function and quality to the developer standard. They delivered with fresh ideas, great renderings and timely turn around that resulted in a very good finished product and result for ourselves. Well done!”
