“I recently had the opportunity to work with Kevin on the transformation / renovation a 1985 built home - into a new contemporary dream home. It was a very challenging project! There was multiple new rooflines added, 3 new decks, a new front entrance, a cantilevered floor section, and a complete exterior alteration. The original home is unrecognizable. Kevin came highly recommended, and he's been an integral part of this project. Kevin was able to easily navigate through various ideas, and found very clever ways of adding all these onto the final plans. Impressive is his professionalism and quality workmanship. It's been a pleasure working with him and bringing these ideas into reality. Thanks again Kevin!”

As MQN was already lead architect on the project, our goal was to customize and upgrade the existing units to a higher level of design, function and quality to the developer standard.
