“I found GreenStar Construction through word of mouth. I was impressed by the designs my colleague showed me with such a substantial budget on their home, so my wife and I decided to go with them. We were re-designing our kitchen. We changed countertops, sinks, backsplash and cabinets. The owner gave us phenomenal options to choose from within our budget. Jay has an eye for design which my wife really appreciated. He always answered our calls, answered all of our questions, and went up and beyond to make sure we stayed within our budget and were satisfied. Thanks Jay, my wife loves her new kitchen.”

“Manny and his crew are on time, honorable, efficient and extremely neat. The Keystone builders installed our new kitchen, doors, windows and even rain gutters plus repaired tiled flooring with minimal disruption and lots of care. The work was so meticulous I was able to delay the interior painting for another year and instead their awesome team painted the exterior of the house in half the time we planned. I look forward to working with them again!”

Marius and his crew are amazing at what they do but what I love best is how much of a problem solver Marius is. In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. Marius and team are real big team players and have their customer's and designer's best interest at hand. Marius is patent and understanding. A real treat to work with!”

“We moved to California a few years ago, and were a little in the dark on who to go to when we purchased our home. Our freind recommended Bay Home Remodeling for our project, and we could not be more pleased with the work. They really took the reigns and completed an amazing project for us. Tom was prompt, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Our home built in the almost 100 years ago and had minimal renovations over the years. The team helped us create a beautiful design that opened up the floor plan, and completely remodeled the house based on our life style. Tom and Gal were the lead contractors on our job, and we loved having them at the house every day. We were actually very sad when they were finished because it meant they wouldn't be a part of our day to day life. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was completed to perfection. They made the home new, while keeping the charm of the house. The team gave us great insights along the way. When we were stuck on a decision they guided us the right direction. I loved that Tom would always include his input when we were making a design decision. His expertise and experience was invaluable in making the right calls. We found that the selection of finishes from the Bay Home Remodeling partners excellent. We love the cabinetry, flooring, and counter top. “Our company has worked with QPS for several years. We have done business with more than 140 other general contractors and other construction companies, both locally and throughout the state of California. Without question, we find QPS to be one of the top three general contractors that we have ever worked with. They are attentive, dependable and a pleasure to work with. They always do what they say they’re going to do but even more than that they under promise and over deliver every single time on every single project. Their prices are more than fair and they never overcharge….. it’s run like a family business is supposed to be operated. There are never excuses. QPS has a significant staff of qualified professionals. They never take on more work than they can handle or work that they are not qualified for. To be honest, we are always looking for projects to do so that we can partner our clients with them. We , ourselves are an interior design and interior architectural firm, who represent quality workmanship as you will see on our website, www.warrensheetsdesign.com. “I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”
