“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. I would highly recommend them for any renovations needed in your home.”

“Neil always goes above and beyond on every job site. Cordial and professional! I work as a superintendent for a residential cooperative in Queens NY. Over the years Neil has done dozens of kitchen and bathrooms jobs for the shareholders in the cooperative. Each and every shareholder has been delighted with their final product. Neil has also performed countless jobs at the building from plumbing to painting and everything in between. Delightful to work with! Flexible and punctual! “Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful! I was able to sell my condo well over asking price in 2 months time - although it was really sad parting ways with it then!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOE!!! I’m so happy you were available to do my new home remodel now :)!! THE BEST!!”
