“Jakub recently repaired a leak in my mudroom and replaced all of the damaged drywall and trim. He and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I spoke to a few people before hiring him, all of whom blew the scope of the project out of proportion - I appreciated his well informed approach to fixing the problem in the most efficient and straightforward way. “My husband Andy and I had been looking at remodeling our kitchen for some time now. We had met with several Design Build Firms and just weren’t quite sold on any of them until we met the team at 1625 D/B. The project was quite involved and included new cabinets, new floors, moving our stove and sink, as well as removal of a load bearing wall. They were with us every step of the way. Any questions we had they had a correct answer for us. I would highly recommend 1625 D/B and will 100% use them for any future renovating we do.”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. I would highly recommend them for any renovations needed in your home.”

“We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. We are beyond thrilled that we chose DDS for this project and look forward to our house being the envy of the block upon completion!”

“Anthony James Construction did a fantastic job on a recent renovation/addition to our home. We were impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail that Anthony and his team brought to our project. What we feared would be a stressful experience turned out to be an enjoyable one. Though we had a vision of what we hoped our home would be, it was Anthony's suggestions that truly made a difference. He turned our "tired" house into a beautiful home that we hope to enjoy for many years. All members of the Anthony James team were knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We were kept informed about every step of the project. Our budget was respected, and the project was completed sooner than we had expected. Their attention to detail was amazing. “Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”
