“Kevin and his crew were great to work with! Over several months, they restored my run down investment property and turned it back into a beautiful historic preservation home! They gutted three full bathrooms, dry walled, tiled flooring, worked with plumber on installation of new bath tubs, sinks, toilets. Remodeled 2 kitchens and one kitchenette. Installed flooring and repaired/ refinished hardwood. Worked with inspectors & subcontractors: insulating floor joists, attic, basement limestone walls, electricians, HVAC; to bring this 110 year old house up to code. There were a million little “surprises” that came up-while tearing some of the spaces down to the studs...Kevin worked with me to make the best decisions -keeping budget and schedule on track. Honest, Reliable & Trustworthy! Highly recommend Homes by Klein!”

“Jon Tabor at Carter Custom initially helped us with replacing 2 fireplaces in our home. We were so happy with the work and with the service that we decided to use them to help us with other remodeling projects. Jon helped to design and construct 2 new bathrooms for us--- and made the process incredibly easy. He went out of his way to help us find a design and products which fit within our budget. The professionals who actually did the work were trustworthy, timely, and did a beautiful job. “We used Mr. Lemke to fix our leaking garage. We had lawn atop it and it required removing all of the soil from the top followed by sealing the roof with a rubber membrane, installing a fence around it and replacing the wooden facade that had been damage by water leaking on the front., Multiple trades people and much coordination but all happened before the snow. Nice and professional”

“I hired Candor Services to re-weatherproof a sliding door for me. Lonnie quickly adjusted the door, lubricated it so it slid easily, and re aligned the lock so it closed better. He initially only came out to quote the project, but ended up doing the work right on the spot! He also made recommendations for properly maintaining the door, and showed me how to make minor adjustments myself, should I ever need too. We were very satisfied with Candor Services!”

“I contacted Ether in September 2022 after closing on a house that hadn't been updated since 1980. The list of necessary improvements was 3 pages long and ranged from small stuff (improving the soil grading along the foundation, interior painting, repairing tile flooring, switching out light fixtures) to big stuff (replacing siding, replacing all kitchen cabinets, installing an egress window) to the REALLY big stuff (tearing out and rebuilding an interior staircase, rebuilding the entire living room ceiling from a leak). Levell and his team got to work the first week of October and did an amazing job right from the start. Levell listened to my ideas and made them all happen. Plus the team did a few extra things here and there just because they saw they needed to be done. For example, there was some missing ceiling tiles in the laundry room, which was minor enough to me that I didn't put it on the list of projects to be done. But they patched up the ceiling so there are no more rafters and wires peeking through anymore! I will 100% hire Ether General Contracting again. The reason I hired them in the first place was their extremely reasonable pricing but I will continue to use them for the top-level value they provide.”
