“Arne of Nordic Builders was one of three contractors I had bid on my total kitchen remodel and the first to provide detailed schematics showing me what he had in mind for the project (at no cost or prior commitment from us) along with a very competitive quote. All cabinets were to be custom built of the materials/colors/details of our choosing. We also needed drywall, flooring and electrical work. Arne provided contacts/sources for this work that were professional, wonderful and efficient to work with. Our add-ons (there were many) during the project were noted and priced at very reasonable rates. Arne didn't drop the ball once, provided great ideas at the beginning and during the entire process. He managed the project to a conclusion that was to our complete satisfaction. The cabinets are beautiful!! My wife has the kitchen of her dreams. While a total kitchen remodel can be a heck of an inconvenience, Arne made it fun. He is a true professional. We highly recommend Nordic Builders! Ron and Kathy Smith Hudson, WI.”

“Kevin and his crew were great to work with! Over several months, they restored my run down investment property and turned it back into a beautiful historic preservation home! They gutted three full bathrooms, dry walled, tiled flooring, worked with plumber on installation of new bath tubs, sinks, toilets. Remodeled 2 kitchens and one kitchenette. Installed flooring and repaired/ refinished hardwood. Worked with inspectors & subcontractors: insulating floor joists, attic, basement limestone walls, electricians, HVAC; to bring this 110 year old house up to code. There were a million little “surprises” that came up-while tearing some of the spaces down to the studs...Kevin worked with me to make the best decisions -keeping budget and schedule on track. Honest, Reliable & Trustworthy! Highly recommend Homes by Klein!”

“Jon Tabor at Carter Custom initially helped us with replacing 2 fireplaces in our home. We were so happy with the work and with the service that we decided to use them to help us with other remodeling projects. Jon helped to design and construct 2 new bathrooms for us--- and made the process incredibly easy. He went out of his way to help us find a design and products which fit within our budget. The professionals who actually did the work were trustworthy, timely, and did a beautiful job. “Iron River was my construction company for the remodeling of my kitchen. This project included opening up a load bearing wall and closing the former entry into the kitchen and then they worked from a completely gutten kitchen to the fabulous kitchen I ended up with - the only thing that did not need to be replaced was the floor. Rick Tollerud was our project manager and I was very impressed with Rick's attention to detail and his excellent communication skills. Everyone that had a hand in our kitchen did an outstanding job and we absolutely love the finished product! I would highly recommend Iron River Construction Company and actually already have! My neighbor is now using their services as a result on her kitchen remodel!”
