“Bryan has done some exterior work on our 1930s house that I couldn't find anyone else who would even consider the job. His team was quick, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed the experience so much that we had him do a full kitchen remodel. The kitchen project was affected by covid and supply chain issues, so we had some delays and had to make some different choices due to price fluctuations, but Bryan was very communicative and honest during the process. He and his team find ways to get things done rather than take the easy way out or make excuses. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. I strongly recommend Seawolf and Bryan for any interior or exterior work you might be considering.”

“Very experienced. Has good inputs on design and materials. Collaborative during construction on decisions and revisions. They helped us create our design for an extended living room and kitchen from what had been three separate spaces . All follow-up issues were resolved without complaint and in a timely manner. We learned a great deal from GMB and we are delighted with the result and they are scheduled for our next projects! The final design was produced exactly as designed. GMB helped us understand: Always prepare a complete project description before starting. It can be modified as needed. Consider all material, appliances, fixture, and finish choices (and availability /delivery) way in advance for their installation or application. Understand delays in these decisions will impact the final completion date and progress GMB excelled at design help, finishes, carpentry, setting cabinets and appliances. They used excellent sub contractors when needed.”

“I had an inspection on a house I was trying to sell that seemed to be very overwhelming. Steven came by and looked at the problem areas and reassured me that the problems listed were not as giant as the buyer was making them out to seem. He wrote me a very fair and accurate bid to fix the foundation on a previous addition to the house and was very detailed in his inspection as well as his bid information. If the work needs to be done, he will be the first call I make.”
