“Excellent workmanship! No surprises! Kazco remodeled our kitchen in August of 2017 and did a fantastic job! We did a complete tear out and everything new put back in. They are trustworthy and we left them alone in the house with no problem! Everything was completed on time and they did everything we had asked for with the budget we had decided on in the beginning, no surprises of extra $$ at the end of the project. We are very happy with all of the work including the flooring and the backsplash subway tile, No mistakes to fix!! We love our new kitchen and we recommend Kazco to all of our friends. We plan on having them remodel our bathrooms in the future.”

“Hired JD Brown to assist homeowner with a number of smaller projects to prepare her home for sale. Trim replacement, fixture replacement, bedroom/bath repaint, paint touch up and minor fence repair. All work was completed to standard, in a very professional manner. JD went above and beyond assisting this very picky homeowner and adjusted his schedule after hours and weekends to accommodate her. JD was friendly, courteous and communicated throughout the project timeline with accurate updates. Highly recommended.”

“Marc Kane and Sean Eldridge are the guys you want if your project is anywhere in the mountains above Colorado's front range. They worked on our tired little kitchen (and a few other miscellaneous areas of the house), and the work turned out really beautiful. Marc keeps his projects on time and on budget, and he definitely over-delivers. What's more, he has a ton of experience and an eye for aesthetics, so he will very likely bring good ideas to your project that you've not even thought of. Mapleton Builders gets my highest recommendation. Use them if you can get them!”

“We had a 25 year old rotted window casing that required replacement. Kozar Construction came in and assessed the job accurately, scheduled the repair in a timely manner, communicated clearly, and performed the job with great workmanship. Pricing was also transparent and fair. I voiced my concerns on matching the window casing and how the finished repair would match the original aesthetic; all was done perfectly. Since the repair was completed over a year ago, I haven't thought twice about it and there have been zero issues. All said, I would use Kozar again and it's nice to have the "easy button" in your pocket for home repair.”

“Gary built a bar top for us, using wide plank knotty alder. It was a tricky project due to the log post that was located in the middle of the bar. The project required a skilled, patient, precise, knowledgeable craftsman. As with many projects the plan changed a bit as he got into it. The bar top is beautiful. Gary is a flexible thinker and gave me a few choices, as alternatives. I appreciated being respected in this manner. He is a friendly, respectful, punctual, skilled craftsman. I would certainly recommend him and will hire him again.”

“After working with another contractor to design our basement, their bid came in almost double our agreed upon budget. After taking the plans to Chris, we were able to implement everything we wanted (plus a bonus window!) within our budget. We were thrilled! Throughout the project Chris was easy to communicate with, always giving us plenty of time on our next steps and selections. He communicated the one delay we had (granite installation) and explained the situation. He was at the job site regularly and both him and his friendly sub contractors were very respectful of our house. We are so thrilled with our new basement and we will happily use Chris again in the future!”
