“Let me start out by saying I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about having work done in my apartment..so much so that it took 3 years to actually pull the trigger! But I'm so glad that I finally did, and so thankful that I went with TW2M. Now, I don't have much to compare to, but have heard horror stories about contractors being slimy, dishonest, messing up jobs, etc. Not the case here. Wassim, at TW2M is 100% reliable. He was reachable at any time, and responsive all the time. He assured me that I was in good hands, and there was never any doubt otherwise. I felt confident that he and the workers were trustworthy, and I was able to go to work everyday not worrying about who was in my apt., since they were all wonderful. The end result was beyond what I could've imagined. I won't say that there weren't minor hiccups, because there were- but so minor that I won't allow it to impact my review or trust in the company. The minor hiccups are no more than a few of my items (pictures) being painted on by accident, or a crack in a glass frame, or my measuring tape being misplaced.. really things that in the long run don't affect my judgement, and shouldn't yours either. Simple solution to that is just remove everything/anything from the rooms they're working in. They're really great at what they do, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.. in fact, I most likely will when I'm ready to redo the kitchen!”

“I decided to finish my basement in Briarcliff Manor in March 2019, and discovered that the village code required that I have drawings completed by a licensed architect. I got a couple of quotes locally and was surprised at the cost, being that the plans would be rather simple. Finally a contractor recommended Tomas of Botero Building Design. I contacted Tomas and scheduled an appt for him to come over and see the basement. Tomas and his father arrived right on time and were very thorough in taking measurements and explaining village codes. They also quoted me a very fair price and told me they would deliver the completed plans within a week, personally. Once I received the plans I submitted them to the village, along with my application, in order to get my permit. The building inspector did not review the plans thoroughly and would not allow me to proceed. I didn't have the technical "know How" to debate the inspector, so I called Tomas. He immediately contacted the village building inspector and had him take out the plans. He reviewed the plans with the inspector over the phone and then the inspector realized he had made a mistake. I was issued a permit and my contractors started work. A couple of times during the construction phase we needed to get some clarification about the plans, and Tomas was easy to get a hold of and gave us the answers we needed. Tomas and his father are experienced, knowledgeable, and provide an exceptional product along with exceptional customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
