“Mia and her team did a fantastic job with a makeover of my home, which included choosing, sourcing and installing furniture, carpets, cushions, throws and other items for a two bedroom flat. I really felt Mia "got me" in terms of what I would like and made excellent, stylish suggestions that I could never have come up with on my own - yet my friends say my home is now "very me" and do not realise I had help until I tell them! Mia has a great eye for what will look cool but is very pragmatic - while she suggested some more expensive "investment" pieces of furniture she kept in mind that I would want to use them in my next property and she often suggested highly affordable items, including ones I sourced myself. She knows the product ranges of many suppliers in great detail and has close relationships with many of then. She also had some cushions, throws and carpets made from scratch which I now love because they are both beautiful and totally unique. She was very fun to work with and together with her team kept the wheels rolling very smoothly, receiving furniture on my behalf and dealing with any supplier issues immediately. I can't recommend her highly enough and look forward to working with her next time I move.”

“I recently moved to a brand new apartment from a traditional Victorian terraced house after 30 years and so I wanted something totally new and different to what I had lived with previously. My taste is not very modern at all and so I was wanting someone who could help me create a really stylish space that would still suit my tastes (quite eclectic I must add!) In addition it is a really small and compact flat and so I needed some clever thinking on how and what to use, where. I decided to try My Bespoke Room as there service felt very affordable (only £75 per room) and they agreed to come and do an on site visit for a very small additional charge. Using them meant that I could still be in control of what was ordered and my budget, as they just gave me all the tools which saved me loads of time. I was so excited to see it transform that I kept updating them and I really felt they were as excited as I was and really into the project too which was really nice! I got on really well with both of them straight away and was really impressed with what they came up with. It is such a slick an easy service and their virtual moodboard is really cool. It covered everything from paint colours, wallpaper to furniture and finishing touches, including coat hooks and an umbrella stand! This was money well spent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help in designing and furnishing their homes. Well done girls!!!”

“Paul is an excellent interior designer who has worked on a couple of our properties to stunning effect. He's creative, imaginative without being wacky and I'd say his taste is impeccable. Paul's team of craftspeople work to very high standards and the work stands the test of time - no mean feat when we have a house full of rowdy teenagers. He's very easy to work with and he's not at all didactic. I thoroughly recommend him.”

“My girlfriend and I engaged Trish in 2022 to completely remodel our house. Trish was an ideal match for us and did an amazing job of combining our individual personalities in her design so that every room included accents which appealed to each of us. She has a great sense of taste and made endless suggestions, without ever forcing her views upon us. She was also very good at offering scaled alternatives which allowed us to remain within our budget. Trish was very committed and closely involved throughout the project and remained on-hand to discuss minor touches and snagging items many months later – I can honestly recommend her as a top design partner and hope to work with her again in the future”

“Mel designed a 'lounge-inspired' retail space and office for my shoe company, and did a wonderful job sourcing quirky and unusual pieces of furniture and artwork, as well as creating a solution that worked perfectly for my high end customers and staff. The result was absolutely outstanding, and attracted significant press coverage and a real 'wow' factor within the industry. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Mel again - she's a genius!”

“Emilie was brilliant. She did a complete renovation of my Victorian terrace, upstairs and down, including kitchen extension and reviving some original features that had been stripped away. She took my (attempts at explaining) my style and turned it into an actual vision. She gave me solutions to using the space which I had been defeated by and saved me a lot of money on bad furniture decisions. The contractors Emilie brought in were great too. A friendly, hard working team I came to know and like well. Before she got to work, I basically regretted buying my house. The house had so many issues and we didn't have a lot of room in the budget, but she delivered a home I never want to leave. She is very friendly and professional, never lets you feel like you're alone. Highly recommend.”

“Callender Howorth provided us with a full design and project management service for an extension and full refurb of our maisonette. They liaised with planners, architects, building contractors, kitchen companies and advised on sourcing of materials and interior furnishings. The project took 1 year from conception to completion. The people at CH were creative, professional and importantly a pleasure to work with. I would and have recommended them successfully to friends.”
