“We hired Victoria after meeting her at an event - after showing her our new office space and our simple, one-word brief of "jungle", she sprung into action contacting joiners, painters, upholsterers and furniture companies on our behalf. Originally we commissioned her for the interior design of our brand-new 3-bedroom house, but very quickly we agreed to expand her role to be our overall project manager and client representative with the developer. Very skilled, knowledgeable and capable lady, who has really pushed our developer to deliver to the highest possible standards (spotting things we would have never noticed!). Her design work was fantastic too, taking time to get to know our whole family and coming back with options that reflected our tastes and personality (and budget!) - she was happy to run through many iterations to ensure it was just right, but at the same time gently encouraging us to try new ideas / colours that we wouldn't normally have gone for. The final presentation of mood boards for each room included real samples of all fabrics, wallpapers and wood finishes.
