“I have used Nancy Evans' services for four different projects, all remodels, including the two remodels featured here. In each case the "bones" of each room were fine, but there was extensive tile and some plumbing work needed in each project: three bathrooms and a kitchen/laundry room/butler's pantry. In all situations, Nancy's services were outstanding. Her work in tile layouts was truly superb -- colors, designv-- and also in supervising installers.
