“CCHLD turned my dirt yard into a gravel parking lot and pathway to the front door. They did a beautiful with that. Then they turned my weedy, sloping backyard into a three tired, rock wall, garden. There is a firepit and patio at the bottom. They did everything we talked about, within my budget, and it is beautiful. Thanks Chuck and crew for a job well done. Her hand-drawn designs are stunning and her sensitivity to your house, your yard, your personal aesthetic is clear when you see her multiple sketch options. She understands plants and choosing the right plant materials. “We worked with Peter Burke on a plan for our cottage landscape. He listened to our needs and limitations and presented a very creative plan that combined both traditional cottage elements and modern design ideas. We began implementing the plan in the Spring and Summer of 2014 with the stacked stone wall and landing pads at the foot of our stairs. We will continue implementation into the next year. We could not be more pleased with Peter's work, his aesthetic and his focus on our project. His project partners did an excellent job as well and Peter tracked their work throughout the project. I would add that the bulk of our work together was done long distance using email and Pinterest for collaboration, as this is our second home. His responsiveness to us was exceptional and his communication very good. We highly recommend his firm and would work with him again.”

“Easy choice … the duo of Jess and Scott McDermott delivers double value - two sets of eyes/ears and perspectives. They really listened to what we wanted. They offered options, rationale and clear communications- no jargon. They collaborated well with our builder and landscaping install team. They hand-selected species at the nursery, they were onsite for delivery and even replaced what did not meet their standards. They followed-up multiple times and came back on-site to check on growth. I will add pics after young plantings bloom. HIGHLY recommend with no reservation.”
