Kerry is thoughtful about the plants chosen, based on not only how much or how little maintenance the customer wants to do long term with these plants, but also what the right plants are for our North Texas environment. He considers sun/shade, color factors, drainage, fast/slow growth patterns, water usage and many other necessary factors when he creates his designs. He not only includes beautiful landscape designs for plants, but can also develop designs to include pools, waterfalls, fire pits/fireplaces, statues, decks, covered patios, playgrounds and other outdoor features. “Weisz Selection did an outstanding job for us. They built a bathhouse/sauna/wet bar/storage house/entertainment area, and it not only functions as designed, but it was built well and is beautiful too. Weisz Selections understood what we wanted from the start of the project and they incorporated items that you simply can't buy at the local hardware store. They 100 yr old barn wood, and an old military barracks style bathroom sink, and had doors and cabinets custom build from antique materials that give give our outdoor area an impossible-to-duplicate, unique feels. Absolutely thrilled with their work. Service was great. One of the custom made doors swelled after installation- They came out and fixed it, no questions asked, even after the final check was paid many months ago. I was worried about service after the sale, but they seem intent to please, even though their contractual obligations were completed many months ago. Only negative: our project was behind schedule, almost from the beginning, but I wouldn't necessarily blame that on Weisz Selections, as we also built a pool at the same time, and that project contained the deck pour, which was delayed because of problems with our pool contractor.”

“When we purchased our home 18 months ago, our courtyard area literally consisted of concrete and lava rock. I tried (unsuccessfully) to landscape it myself the first spring and knew I needed help. The first designer who came out sent an outrageous estimate (I could have purchased a new car for what she quoted!) and I decided to try to do it again myself. (Again, unsuccessfully) Then I read a review about Siara Designs and gave Lena a call. She came out for the initial meeting and I appreciated that she didn’t immediately try to tell me what I “should” do, or tell me what she had in mind. She listened when I told her the “look” I was going for and then walked me around the area and offered ideas and suggestions that fit the Zen/Meditation feel that I was hoping for. She totally understood what I was trying to accomplish AND her estimate to complete the ENTIRE project – from soil to buying new planters and a garden statue - was so reasonable, my response was, “Where do I sign?” Lena communicated with me about everything and even contacted me before spending a bit more than she had originally expected on a plant and wanted to make sure I was okay with that before moving forward. She and her crew arrived promptly and worked so hard (in blistering heat!) until the job was completed – way sooner than I anticipated. She sent detailed instructions on how to take care of all the plantings and has continued to keep up with the project by asking how the plants are doing, etc. I’ve had a couple of questions and she responds promptly to my texts and never seems to be too busy for my questions. If you’re thinking about doing ANY type of landscaping, please give Lena a chance to give you a quote! She is not only a talented and enthusiastic landscape designer, she’s a really great person who is a joy to meet.”
