“I have worked with Guys Floor Service ever since I joined Ryland Homes back in 1995 and they have provided flooring, kitchen and bath upgrades for thousands of homes during that time. They are by far the best sub-contractor that we do business with. Not only do they provide our homebuyers with a wonderful experience at their design center they are a pleasure to work with. Our Jobsite supers enjoy working with them and they stand behind their work, if they make a mistake (which isn't often, they fix it) We will continue to work with them for years to come.”

“Magnus Anderson installed 600 square feet of hickory flooring in my house. They were flexible with the schedule, showed up when they said they would and had good suggestions for improving the look of details. You might find someone cheaper, but it won't be by much and they probably won't do the kind of quality work that Bob and his crew turn out.”

“Jay the entire JC Designers Group were fantastic to work with. My husband and I bought a house that needed a lot of work; we were overwhelmed with all of the design possibilities, the decisions that needed to be made, and the potential of managing a large construction project while both working full time. Jay offered us peace of mind. His dedication to this project was unmatched; not only did he have brilliant ideas and suggestions, he also spent every day (sometimes 12 hours or more!) at our house making sure everything was operating smoothly. There are a lot of unforeseen circumstances that come up during the renovation of a 120 year old house; Jay managed through all of them successfully and kept our stress levels low. I now live in my dream house; Jay perfectly captured my design aesthetic and created an extremely functional living space. I get so many compliments on every part of my house, even the smallest details that Jay worked tirelessly to deliver. “Don and his team were amazing! We built a a master suite and brought them in after the project was started due to an incompetent contractor. We were able to quickly come up with a design and work started promptly. His team installed beautiful floor and wall tile throughout the bathroom to give a modern feel while keeping with our craftsman style home. They also installed beautiful dark wood flooring throughout the master bedroom. The installers were kind and arrived on time each day. The supervisors stopped in daily to make sure the work was being done to their standard. We were given the much needed attention we had desired. The prices were fair and we are so happy with the results. We plan on using Paradigm for future projects within the home.”
