    It is solid white oak hardwood in the bathroom. We do not typically put hardwood in full bathrooms because moisture can cause floor cupping. This was a custom home and the customers were accustomed to hardwood in the bathroom and were comfortable with the risk. A flooring contractor will generally make you sign a waiver for this, but it can be done.
