Roof of this gazebo disintegrated?

The roof of this gazebo did not withstand two summers and has literally disintegrated, cannot buy another top from anywhere, where can the roof of this gazebo be purchased 3 x 3 x 2m?

    Hi Lesley,

    Thanks for purchasing a Jamie Durie Patio product. The Patio brand was a Big W exclusive and unfortunately the roof canopies were always intended to be sold as a separate item but Big W discontinued the entire Jamie Durie line. We have been in contact with the distributor who have a few replacement roofs available for phone order. Please contact info@jamiedurie.com for further details on how to get a replacement roof canopy.

    Yes I have the same problem very disappointed that you pay 299 for sone that does last and is hard to get replacement gazebo

    I also purchased one and n big w does not have the replacement cover - where can I purchase another
