Need assistance with Hood Specs

I love your design! I am considering using this style hood from Modernaire for my client's kitchen. I would love to know if the hood in this project photo I ventilated through the roof? Or how? Also at what height from the floor is this hood mounted? Thanks so much!

    Your questions were forwarded to my client and I will add her response has soon as received. I would gladly provide you a quote for a custom hood and I will be very surprised if our pricing is more than even a standard unit offered by manufacturers.

    The metal and iron pieces, created by colleague's artisans, are exceptional. These men are essentially purists, not simply fabricators. Please let me know if there is any additional metal work needed and we can provide a quote for that as well.
