Position of sink

What was the reason for separating the two appliances. Was this a reno? I'm about to design my laundry and think I'll have to do this but wondering if it works okay? I don't particularly want to dig into concrete to shift plumbing.

    Hi, thanks for your question. Yes this was a Reno and the existing plumbing determined the layout of the washing machine. Hope this helps, Katie

    Hi There, Yes they are happy with it. They have 5 children and themselves so it is a high traffic area in their house that works well for them. Many thanks, Sam
