Existing built-ins, but otherwise a blank space. Paint in a parchment color was added to the walls which brightened the room considerably. Clients wanted the room (just off the kitchen) to feel casual and comfortable. Clients already had the leather sofas, I added in the arm chair, coffee table, art, mirrors and occasional pieces to finish off the area. Phase 2 of this room would be a fireplace makeover with new facade and mantle.
