Amelia Park Neighborhood
Amelia Park was founded in the late 1990's and development continues today. The Amelia Park neighborhood is designed around the concept of being a traditional "Live and Work" community. The neighborhood offers an alternative to a modern sprawl community and captures the essence of small town American. Many of the homes in Amelia Park are bungalow beach cottages.
