Hillcrest
This project consisted of two phases. The first was a substantial renovation of the existing house including an addition to the family room with a new master suite above, constructed by James Gilroy House Wright. The second phase - a garage and mudroom addition - was designed and built by James Gilroy House Wright Inc. The goal was to merge the addition seamlessly with the existing house while maintaining as much of the existing landscape as possible. The result is a beautiful, sprawling cape that looks as though it was always meant to be there.
