Living room
The winds off the river can be extreme at times. It was decided that the outdoor pool would be sheltered by the home in an inner courtyard. The vision of a combination of stone columns and maximum glazing came early in the design concept. Maximum glazing allows for maximum views – in fact, from the pool, one can look right thru the living room curtain wall and on thru to the river.
