We stand behind our product: One of the older homes in our portfolio, this 1994 project experienced water problems years after the warranty had expired. When we found the root cause of the problem to be a result of incorrect work on our part, we replaced the roof, insulation, drywall, trim, flooring, and paint in a large portion of the house at no charge.
