Reconfiguration and extension of period property
This project was all about switching a house around to create a good flow between rooms. Previous extensions got smaller and smaller as you progressed through the building. The new extension has a cathedral like sense of space that provides a stunning entertaining space with real impact. This space makes sense of the rest of the house.
The contemporary new extension space just takes everyone’s breath away. With pared back simple detailing the focus is all on the quality of the space and the connection to the outdoors. We also had fun with the homeowner, choosing and installing some beautiful internal finishes and fixtures.
