I like how the half-height fireplace allows the TV to be lower and closer to ideal viewing height. If the TV is too high, then watching for extended time causes eye strain.

I love the combination of books & cozy... this seems like a place you'd want to spend a lot of time.

I like how the shelves have special display shelves at reading height to show off selected volumes, and I like having a reading table in the middle of the room with lighting. Every library needs a table where you can sit with a book or a laptop or do homework.
