Our Neolith countertop crack is now expanded from 11" to 14". Fabricator said it's between us and Neothlith. He never gave us any paperwork, waiver, warranty info, except the invoice.
Neolith posted somewhere else publicly that I should private message them and they'd like to send someone. I contacted Neolith as instructed, no response after 1 week.
We dis new everything: Sub floor, solide wood floor, new custom cabinets that are completely level, it breaks my heart and wallet to have a counter that will probably continue to crack all the way through when it was advertised to be the choice for durability.
