M&LB Penthouse Renovation
A gut renovation of an existing kitchen in the penthouse unit of a mid-rise building. Space was enlarged to include a casual living area through the removal of a bearing wall. A larger opening to the central hallway was created to mirror the entry into the dining room on the opposite side.
