Mon Concept HabitationRendez-vous au cœur du 11ème arrondissement de Paris pour découvrir un appartement de 40m² récemment livré. Les propriétaires résidants en Bourgogne avaient besoin d’un pied à terre pour leurs déplacements professionnels. On vous fait visiter ?
Dans ce petit appartement parisien, chaque cm2 comptait. Il était nécessaire de revoir les espaces en modifiant l’agencement initial et en ouvrant au maximum la pièce principale. Notre architecte d’intérieur a déposé une alcôve existante et créé une élégante cuisine ouverte signée Plum Living avec colonne toute hauteur et finitions arrondies pour fluidifier la circulation depuis l’entrée. La salle d’eau, quant à elle, a pris la place de l’ancienne cuisine pour permettre au couple d’avoir plus de place.
Autre point essentiel de la conception du projet : créer des espaces avec de la personnalité. Dans le séjour nos équipes ont créé deux bibliothèques en arches de part et d’autre de la cheminée avec étagères et placards intégrés. La chambre à coucher bénéficie désormais d’un dressing toute hauteur avec coin bureau, idéal pour travailler. Et dans la salle de bain, notre architecte a opté pour une faïence en grès cérame effet zellige verte qui donne du peps à l’espace et relève les façades couleur lin du meuble vasque.

We used pattern, texture and moody hues to bring out the feel of the library and used the gorgeous Tom Dixon lamp, Restoration Hardware contemporary writing desk, client's gorgeous folk indian painting, and custom cabinetry to give the library/study a very modern yet classical feel!
Estudio Interiorismo Raquel GonzálezA pesar de que la actualización decorativa de la vivienda por parte de Raquel González implicó el cambio de todas las puertas y jambas de la planta principal para darle a la madera un papel predominando en la decoración, junto con el negro, en la primera planta simplemente se han sustituido las jambas blancas de las puertas por unas de madera, buscando una mayor uniformidad entre ambas plantas. Se han mantenido las puertas en color blanco porque “nos parecía un despropósito tirar tantas puertas nuevas y unificamos las dos plantas usando las mismas manillas, un diseño negro de Formani. Y la verdad es que estamos muy contentos con el resultado”, confiesa la interiorista.
Dado que en esta planta se encuentran las habitaciones de las hijas, se ha conservado la madera con algunos toques de negro en detalles como hilo conductor con el resto de la casa, pero se ha optado por el blanco en el mobiliario para suavizar y reducir el aspecto masculino.
Al acceder a la primera planta, se llega a un espacio abierto desde el que se accede a los dos dormitorios y al cuarto de baño. Al ser una zona de paso espaciosa, Raquel González ha querido convertirla en una zona de estudio y teletrabajo. “Consideramos convertir este espacio en una cuarta habitación, pero la idea de mantenerlo como zona para teletrabajar o estudiar nos gustó mucho a todos ya que aprovechamos la luz que entra por la claraboya para bañar toda esta planta de luz natural”, explica la interiorista.
